Payment

  • We accept all major credit cards as payment.

  • We are unable to accept money orders or checks at this time.

Shipping/Postage/Packaging

  • Please note that I work with a small team and am unable to offer expedited shipping.

  • I typically process shipments once a week. 

  • All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking provided for USPS Priority mailings.

  • Please be sure your shipping address is correct, as I am not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong location. I am also not responsible for any additional postage required to re-ship the order if the package is returned to me due to an incorrect address given during checkout.

  • Once your order has shipped, I’ll send you an email letting you know your package is on its way.  Though I don’t expect it to happen, I am not responsible for lost or damaged items.

International Shipping

At this time, I am able to process international orders from Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the UK. 

Return Policy

I don’t offer returns, because your item is made specifically for your order.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If either of these apply, please contact me at hi@loriemarsh.com within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the wrong/damaged items, and I’ll sort that out for you.

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
